Delivery prices include delivery and set up of your items as well as disposable plates, silverware, serving utensils, napkins, cups, and ice. Full service prices include disposable plates, silverware, napkins, cups, and ice as well as set up of a professionally set buffet open for 2 hours, service throughout the event, and clean up afterwards. Please see our Fountains/Rentals page for china, glassware, linens, chocolate and beverage fountains, and equipment rental pricing. Hors d'oeuvres can be added to any meal - for any three hors d'oeuvres, add $9.00 per person. To add fruits, vegetables, and cheese, add $6.00 per person. Carving/Action stations start at $6.00 per person. We also offer raw bars including gulf shrimp cocktail, raw oysters, crab claws, cocktail sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, fresh lemons, and crackers for $10.00 per person. Open buffet hours may be extended by adding $75 per employee per hour. Prices do not include tax or gratuity. |
